SilkPeel Dermalinfusion
SilkPeel is a new technology that combines gentle exfoliation, vacuum suction for deep cleaning, and simultaneous infusion of one of four therapeutic solutions to target acne, dehydration, sun damage, or pigmentation issues.
If you have skin issues such as dullness, uneven tone, acne, oiliness, or dryness, SilkPeel can help. Or if you just want to freshen up your skin without committing to more aggressive treatments such as chemical peels or light therapy, SilkPeel is a great option.

Light Chemical Peels
Salicylic, Glycolic, Vitamin A. Superficial chemical peels reveal brighter, clearer skin with minimal downtime. Skin analysis is recommended prior to treatment. Treatments are performed by our esthetician.

Melanage Mini Peel
The minipeel is a combination of three mild acids layered over a vitamin A solution. Most patients will peel for 3-4 days. This is a great peel for skin freshening, improvement of texture and tone, pigmentation, and improvement of acne. Includes aftercare products. This peel can be repeated monthly for 3-4 treatments as needed. Physician compounded lightening product may be added separately. (additional $75.00) Thirty minutes.

Botox
Botox is a purified bacterial protein that can be injected into certain facial muscles to relax their contraction. Relaxation of these hyperdynamic muscles results in smoothing of wrinkles. The most popular areas for treatment include the glabellar area (frown line), crows’ feet, and horizontal forehead lines. Effects last an average of 3 months. Advanced uses of Botox include vertical lines on the upper lip and prominent neck cords (platysmal banding). In addition, Botox is very effective for treatment of excessive sweating of the hairline, palms, soles, and underarms. Treatment is performed by the physician.

Wrinkle Treatment/Facial Contouring
Unwanted facial lines can be filled in to restore a more youthful appearance. Fillers can also be used for facial contouring (cheekbone augmentation, cheek hollows, chin). We offer several dermal fillers, including the hyaluronic acid fillers Restylane, Perlane, Juvederm Ultra, and Juvederm Ultra Plus, and Radiesse. None of these products require skin testing. Correction with dermal fillers usually lasts between 4 and 18 months, depending on the product used. Treatment is performed by the physician.

Lip Augmentation
Rejuvenate your lower face by restoring lost volume to the lips. Increased lip line definition also reduces the appearance of vertical upper lip lines (“smoker’s lines”). Hyaluronic acid fillers such as Restylane or Juvederm are usually recommended. Dental nerve blocks make this procedure painless. Treatment is performed by the physician.

Laser Vein Treatment
Spider veins and broken capillaries on the face and upper body can be treated with the HGM Krypton laser. Two to three treatments one month apart may be required for optimal clearing. Temporary redness, scabbing and occasional bruising may occur. Treatments are performed by medical staff under physician supervision.

Photofacial Treatment (IPL)
Intense pulsed light (IPL) treatment targets both vascular lesions (flushing/veins) and pigmented lesions (sun freckles) in the same session. A series of four treatments one month apart is recommended for optimal results. Face, neck, chest, hands and arms may be treated. The treatment is performed by medical staff under physician supervision.

Hair Removal
Permanent hair reduction for unwanted facial or body hair with intense pulsed light (IPL). All skin types may be treated. Blonde and gray hair does not respond. A series of treatments will be necessary for optimal results. Maintenance treatments once or twice yearly may be necessary to maintain hair reduction. Apollo by Tripollar
Apollo, powered by Tripollar technology, is a third generation radiofrequency device that delivers focused and dense heating to the deep layers of skin without pain, resulting in tightening of collagen (wrinkle reduction and skin tightening.) It can also be used for body tightening and cellulite reduction by heating the subcutaneous fat. A thermal imaging system allows the operator to monitor the level of tissue heating and customize the treatment for either skin tightening or fat reduction. There is no downtime and no pain. Treatments feel like a warm massage.
Most treatments can be completed in less than an hour. A series of 6 to 8 weekly treatments is recommended for optimal results. Collagen tightening will continue for several months after the last treatment. Maintenance treatments every 4 to 6 months is recommended to maintain results, as our skin does unfortunately continue to age.
Almost any area of the face or body can be treated (except breasts.) People of any skin color may be treated safely. Apollo treatments may be performed 3 weeks after facial fillers. Apollo treatments should not be performed over metal implants or fat implants. Patients with keloid scarring, active lupus or cancer should not be treated. Topical vitamin A creams, such as Retin-A, Differin, Tazorac, Atralin, or Renova should be discontinued 3 days prior to the procedure.
Treatment areas include face (including jawline), periorbital (area around eyes), perioral (area around lips), neck/decollete, hands, arms, thighs, abdomen, and buttocks. Fees vary according to area treated.
